Quotes must be responded to within 24 hours of receipt at which time an invoice will be sent with payment instructions. A minimum deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking. Remaining balance must be paid by the date of the scheduled event. Past due payment may incur an additional fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than 3 days (72 hours) before the Appearance Start Date/Time, the deposit is non-refundable.
